She utilizes the Enlifted coaching method to help walk with clients to the root of their challenges and uncover the emotional story tied to their circumstance. Her practical approach to health and wellness allows her to serve others around the country and ensure they receive the care they need and deserve, in the most convenient way possible.

My healing journey began in 2000. If you would have asked me at the time if I would have framed what I was experiencing as “healing,” I would have thought you were crazy. Mainly because nothing about what I experienced for the next 20+ years felt “good.” The first time I remember being sick I had mono in high school. This threw my system for a loop. I experienced fatigue and muscle pain that I didn’t fully realize was not typical. Throughout my college experience, I played Division 1 soccer and learned to ignore my body’s aches, pains, and even injuries. It wasn’t until I graduated from my undergraduate degree that I started to notice dramatic changes in my body. I immediately put on 25 pounds of extra weight and extreme joint pain. I had a lot of pain doing simple tasks like lifting my arms above my head or reach across my body to put on my seat belt. I could barely stay awake during my work day. I had a hard time finding any sort of joy in my life because it felt difficult to even smile or laugh. I went on to physical therapy school, continued to use caffeine to survive, got married, and had 2 children. After I gave birth to my second child, things continue to decline. My health spiraled to the point of a hospital admission just to be told I had Crohn’s disease. Shortly after that hospital stay, I developed neurological symptoms that were labeled as shingles. And I continued to experience those symptoms every 2-3 months for the next seven years. In an attempt to find better health, I worked with acupuncturists, allopathic doctors, eastern medicine, functional medicine chiropractors, dieticians, and personal trainers. You name it, I have tried it.

It wasn’t until I stopped looking outside of myself for help and finally looked inward and upward to figure out what it was that I was missing.

As of today, I have not had any neurological symptoms since September of 2022. I have had some amazing changes take place that has led me to the increased healing and wellness that I enjoy today. Because of these changes, I feel divinely led to be a vessel of hope and guidance for others that may be struggling through things much like I experienced. It wasn’t until I looked at the complete picture that I was able to heal - really understanding my mind and the lies I had told myself on repeat, how my body was manifesting those lies and how my spiritual walk with God really is the foundation of healing. I had to surrender all my “knowledge” and control to find peace and healing. I know others can experience this same journey. I wish I had the information I have now 23 years ago. However, I do believe the years of health struggles have prepared me to help others. I have been in the shadow of darkness, and I know now that God never left me. My sincere prayer for your health and healing journey is that God would have His hand firmly at the reins and that you receive whatever it is that you truly need as we work together toward total health and wholeness.

Deidre Freer

Deidre Freer is a wife, mother, veteran educator with a Master’s in Education in early childhood and special education, and a Human Garage Certified Fascial Maneuvers Coach. She helps moms—and in effect, their children—reduce the burden and overwhelm felt in their bodies (nervous system) and minds (emotions and beliefs). She does this through fascial movement, lymphatic support, environmental adjustments, and language awareness. She guides adults to slow down and observe themselves and their children so they can identify where imbalance is occurring and begin restoring flow where stagnation has formed.

in her own words...

For 30 years, I lived in a body that was constantly bracing—all while being told I was 'fine.'

From my teens into my 40s, my body was a map of restrictions. I was a veteran educator and a busy mom, yet I was navigating a long list of "labels"—from Fibromyalgia, Endometriosis, and TMJ to chronic Anxiety and Depression. I was the master of "pushing through," even as my world felt physically tight and emotionally heavy.

Then, I stopped managing my symptoms and started listening to my body’s language.

I spent decades collecting 'answers' that never quite stuck. It wasn't until I brought together fascial release, proper hydration, and a new internal language that my body finally felt safe enough to let go. This integrated approach is the heartbeat of the VESSEL Foundation.

Through fascial maneuvers, mineral hydration, and the power of language, those 30 years of pressure finally began to open up. Today, I don’t just take a breath; I feel the oxygen reach places I forgot existed. I don’t just move; I play. At a time when many feel they are slowing down, I feel like I’m getting younger.

A New Perspective for Families:  My personal healing changed my vision as an educator. I realized that the "struggle" we see in our children—the restlessness, the shutdowns, the big emotions—is often just the body trying to express stored pressure.

I stopped seeing "behavior" and started seeing opportunity.

Now, alongside Dr. Jenna Cain, I co-lead the VESSEL Foundation. Together, we blend movement, breath, and belief awareness to help parents and children move out of a state of "bracing" and into a state of flow. As a co-facilitator of the Human Garage Children’s and Parents Program, I bring this same fascia-inspired wisdom into homes and classrooms to help families rediscover their natural rhythm.

I’m here to help you stop "holding it all together" and start living with ease.
